Anna’s green immunity smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- 1/2 cup of water
- Frozen mango or pineapple
- Handful of spinach
- 3 chunks of fresh ginger
- Tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Teaspoon of spirulina (What is spirulina you may ask? Spirulina is an algae. It grows rapidly through photosynthesis and converts greenhouse gases into nutrition, protein, and oxygen. It is a powerful antioxidant, which contains numerous nutrients including B1, B2, B3, B6, Vitamin C & E as well as magnesium, zinc and selenium. It also has three times more protein than fish or beef per gram! Fun fact: NASA recognises it as a key food in future long-term space missions.)
- Teaspoon of chia seeds to top
Blend it all up in a blender and enjoy!
Bon appétit!
