Save the Food Project

Save the Food project began out of the demand for better food waste management at the Graduate Institute, and it is now a favourite service of the Environmental Committee among the student body.

Every Friday when the campus cafeteria closes (17h), members of the Environmental Committee pick up left over food that would otherwise go to waste and deliver it to students in the common room (Picciotto Common Room). Food is collected by students on a first come, first serve basis.
